1. TEKHOTEL (Pvt) Ltd (hereinafter “the Company”) strongly encourages you to read our terms and conditions (hereinafter “T&Cs”) carefully. These T&Cs apply to your access and use of our web site and services as outlined on our web site, including but not limited to, high-speed wireless networking, software development, voice-over-ip communication, internet-of-things, security and surveillance, mobile satellite services, thermal imaging with long-range HD and VHF radio (hereafter “our Services”).
3. By accessing and using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are over the age of 18 (or the age of majority in your country) and are lawfully able to accept these T&Cs. If you are using our Services on behalf of any entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these T&Cs on such entity’s behalf, and that such entity agrees to indemnify TEKHOTEL for violations of these T&Cs.
4. You acknowledge that the Services which the Company makes available are owned by, and all content as well as intellectual property rights therein vest in TEKHOTEL, our licensors, integration partners or third party providers (as applicable) and that any unauthorised use thereof is expressly prohibited.
5. You agree to indemnify and hold TEKHOTEL harmless, as well as our subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, agents, third-party information providers and independent contractors against any and all claims, damages, cost, liabilities and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your registration or use of our Services.
6. TEKHOTEL, its directors, members, employees or agents do not assume any liability for damages of any kind arising from the use of our Services or the unavailability of the same, including, but not limited to, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of data, loss of profits and any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages.
7. Our T&Cs are governed by and will be interpreted according to the laws for the Republic of Mauritius, and all disputes, claims and other matters in connection with these T&Cs will be determined in accordance with such laws.
